Players on Trailblazers teams must review,  complete, submit and commit to the Trailblazers Player Contract.

Under the auspices of the Collingwood Trailblazers, parents and/or legal guardians are responsible for proper conduct (their own and that of their guests) while attending or participating in all games, practices, tournaments and/or other events, no matter the role they play in the event. Your child’s participation on a Trailblazers team is contingent upon your completion and submission of the Trailblazers Parent Contract.
